Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.


SYNOPSIS

Low pressure 29.40 inches over southwest Pennsylvania will move
north to southeast Ontario, Canada as it deepens to 29.30 inches
by tonight. The low will then move west to Lake Ontario Tuesday
where it will become nearly stationary through Wednesday afternoon
and then northeast to Quebec by Thursday. A trough averaging 29.50
inches will extend southwest across the lake Thursday and Thursday
night weakening to 29.50 inches Friday.

building to 3 to 6 feet.

TONIGHT
Northwest winds to 30 knots. Snow and rain in the
evening, then snow after midnight. Waves 3 to 6 feet.

TUESDAY
Northwest winds to 30 knots becoming west. Snow likely
in the morning, then snow and rain likely in the afternoon. Waves
3 to 5 feet.

TUESDAY NIGHT
West winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of rain and
snow in the evening. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.

WEDNESDAY
West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.

THURSDAY
