Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.


SYNOPSIS

Low pressure 29.50 inches will move east across the Upper Great
Lakes today, reaching the Canadian Maritimes by late Sunday.
Another low pressure system 29.50 inches will then move east
across the Upper Midwest and Upper Great Lakes on Monday
extending a cold front through the area on Tuesday. A secondary
cold front will sweep east across the region on Wednesday.
